The Princes Gate has two conference rooms, with all audio visual and conference equipment available.

Conference Room 1 - $150 + GST
Theatre Style ~ 120 people
Classroom Style~ 50 people
U Shape ~ 40 people

Conference Room 2 - $75 + GST
Boardroom ~ 12 people

Being directly opposite the Rotorua Convention Centre also allows delegates the option of utilising conference facilities for up to 800 people and still having the opportunity of experiencing the charm and ambience of staying at the Princes Gate Hotel. 1920’s style, having 50 rooms allows conferences to book the entire hotel making it a retreat with exclusive use for the individuals.

Being centrally located opposite the Government Gardens, 100 metres to the Lakefront and 100 metres to the City Centre allows the luxury of having a large array of amenities at conference delegates disposal.
