on pumpkin puree with caramelised onion & red wine jus

seasoned with Feta cheese, sundried tomato & coriander

Panfried Salmon
with a pineapple, cucumber and pepper & chilli salsa

All mains are served with Potato & Parmesan
terrine and fresh seasonal vegetables. .

With layers of berries and sponge served
chilled with berry coulis and cream

coated with a green olive tapenade crust, oven roasted, finished with a red wine jus

with Hollandaise sauce

Fillet Mignon
Eye fillet wrapped in streaky bacon, topped with a mushroom and tarragon sauce
