"Stayed one night. Accommodation was in their adjacent building. Nice courtyard entrance to these units. Very well appointed one bedroom suite. Everything you'd expect and want and nicely decorated. Quiet and close to all the city has to offer. Great people and refreshingly reasonable price."

Traditional High Tea

"Stopped by when passing and had the traditional high tea. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and the high tea was superb.

Lovely setting being in a beautiful old building and it's a few feet away from the entrance to the Government Gardens which makes for a lovely stroll before or after. I'd recommend this as a lovely treat one afternoon"

"My husband and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary and loved the character and charm of the rooms and setting. So nice to stay in a well equipped room that was interesting, refreshing and not "just another hotel room".

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, we loved the hot pools - both indoor and outdoor plunge, and it was so central - a short and enjoyable walk to Eat Street to get to our favorite restaurant. Definitely plan on coming back again."

"I was there for one night, we had a business meeting in the hotel over two days. The establishment because of the age and style of the building is unique in itself. The location is good and i found staff to be most friendly.

I enjoyed the bar meal at night and the breakfast in the morning and would be happy to stay again"
